Ironically enough, so does Park Seo-jun, but, like... not the right way round. He looked almost a decade older than he was in his twenties, and he's only just started looking his age now. It's really not the best way to go about things, but on the up side, he'll probably still look in his mid-thirties when he's almost fifty.

Ko Kyeong-pyo, who plays Song Ki-baek, reminds me weirdly of Matthew Macfadyen. He has the same kind of serious, somewhat mournful face that's so well suited to comedy. (Macfadyen is a very funny man, but doesn't tend to get comedic roles because he always looks So. Mournful.) It's amazing how young he looks with his hair untidy though, I suspect he's the kind of person who'll look like this for years.

Oh ffs. I took that tendril and carefully wrapped it around one of the supports... and two hours later, I've just had to go over and move it from trying to get out the window again.

I finally got the return collected by pouncing on the driver before he even got to the door and basically waving the box at him.

I finally have space in the hallway again!

Still suspecting I should've kept and sold it instead though.

7: Do you add a copyright statement to your work? How comprehensive it is?

I usually add the long, generic one that lists my name and the book's publication year, the All Rights Reserved bit, and the No Resemblance bit (which I usually fiddle around with just in case the undead or alternate universes lodge a complaint), and in the future I'll be adding the 'No AI used' and 'no training AIs on this, you nasty little thief' bits.

6: Have you ever copied a piece from another book or a movie as a homage to that work?

I started a Radial side-novel with a short line from MCR's Danger Days album, but that was mostly because I couldn't think how to start and I was listening to it at the time. I also named every business in a sci-fi after whatever song I was listening to at the time.

Simon's Radial story has elements of Hamlet, although he manages to avoid the madness. Just about.

The Late Bloomer is developing its grown-up leaves and I think it's another tomato. So that's handy: two tomatoes and two chillies. 😁 They both have fancy pots waiting for them, although the tomatoes may need potting on sooner since tomatoes like being thoroughly buried...

The cucumber seems to be making a break for the window. 😯

I just genuinely went "heeheehee!" out loud. A parasite drove past in a scene with its head open and its eyeballs out on stalks, and all I could imagine was its skin sections and eyeballs flapping in the breeze from the car window, like a dog's ears. 🤣

It's got a pretty good sense of humour for a horror series, but the times when it tries to be serious... I can't take petals for a head seriously.

(This did eventually become a problem in Amnesia too. Especially the time I lost the Kaernk.)

Ahh, life advice from a malfunctioning brain parasite. They're having the 'my life sucks more,' 'no, MY life sucks more' exchange too.

The fun of cohabiting, except they're sharing a brain, not an apartment!

(I am actually enjoying it, but it's... it's very odd.)
