Does anyone make a WiFi thermostat that doesn’t require an Internet connection?

In other words, no cloud service, no surveillance mothership, just a regular thermostat that you can control from a phone, computer, etc. on the same LAN.

If not I’ll just make one, but I figured I’d ask first.

@requiem you go to change the temperature. A cursor blinks on a terminal. “This is unix, I know this” you tell yourself. You cat 72 into /dev/furnace0 and hear it roar to life.
