I've started listening to #music
in the (now) old-fashioned way: buying albums and playing them as offline media.
I've noticed that I actually think before adding an album to my collection now, and as a result I end up enjoying the music more.
It's a great alternative to #spotify imo. Buying the album means supporting the artist a lot more (#spotify rates are shit), and the media you buy is of a higher quality because it's not compressed to save internet bandwidth! It's a win-win really!
