Right wing demolition of public institutions could be considered collapse.. Hear infrastructure is often poorly maintained too..
@TheGibson the idea "there is collapse" or "america has falling" is like passive. But the causes are very much active, and there are sides to it. I am sure the civil war in Sri Lanka had sides too.
