Works to give orca something to output midi from.
The file is from `soundfont-fluid` archlinux package.. It's quite big and probably not best.. https://archive.org/download/free-soundfonts-sf2-2019-04 something (probably audacity?) already installed it as dependency i guess.
Have no experience in music FTR.
