Local retailers never heard of it. For US shops all used the same shop and they all give the same message: "Email or call for price", "Special Order", "Unavailable", "Out of Stock".

I phoned a book stores in the US from Hawaii to Maine, none had them. In all the 10 search results of Google the last one had a link to a PDF. I stuck with that despite my best efforts. 😒
