"Did you expect a fish egg?" the mid-lizard-wife asked.
"No, Hmm. Well, I didn't know what to expect," she muttered.
The mid-lizard gently handed the box-shaped egg to McZartney, who slowly morphed back into his pixie form as he exhaled.
"Hello, my adorable little anomaly," he cooed as he cradled the object.
The mid-lizard smiled kindly."It will hatch in 24 hours. I recommend rest until then and have a feeding of bugs ready for the hatchling."
"But what will it hatch as?" Patchy asked, sniffing the egg.
"Why a picazzo of course." The mid-lizard-wife patted the little dragon's head. "Like all well-behaved cubes."
"Makes sense." Eddy pulled his beard. "We should summon some bugs, then. Any idea how to do that Elli?"
"Easy. We just need to summon one thing and we are done," Elli replied.
Eddy frowned. "And what's that?"
Elli spread her arms wide and conjured a software engineer.
"Uuwww what's that?" Patchy asked, amazed at the peculiarly normal-looking man.
"AAAH!" the man exclaimed.
Eddy chuckled. "Nice to meet you AAAH. We need to find some bugs," he explained.
"Buga? What? Oh, I see. Reality 6.0? It's a little out of date, but it seems to be running stable enough. Are you experiencing any issues?" AAAH asked.
"No, but we want to. We need the bugs," Elli shrugged.
"Ah. I'll release the metaphysical chaos monkey."
