#dailyhandwriting 4 How do you feel about spring?
Petrichor's call
Cycle turns with vernal flux,
in zephyr's tune, the sparrows tryst,
Beneath the sky of equinox,
life's woken kiss, in dewy mist.
Petrichor's call, soft and fragrant,
from dormant clay to verdant gest,
from solstice cold, stark and vacant,
to Ostara's warmth on Gaia's breast.
Perennial dance in vibrant glee,
the reaffirm of life's decree,
Nature's lesson, simply free,
to seize and savour existence, be.
@HeliaXyana This is beautiful!
@therivercrow @HeliaXyana it is indeed, very nice!
It’s a bit harder for european eyes to read because american cursive draws the r like the n (unlike what I learnt… and the one my little brother learnt was almost block writing, so…) but nicely done and consistent.
The purple ink fits you!
Oh, interesting. I didn't realize that's an amarican styled 'r'. I was taught to write it like that in my Dutch school.
@HeliaXyana @therivercrow oh, interesting.
Then… I have no idea. So far I had only seen it in american cursive fonts (including those for a printer that used a wheel of glyphs to print) and the occasional handwritint, and not in the british cursive I saw under some of the paintings at the Inverness hotel, so I assumed.
Different schools of writing, I guess. shrug
