@Free_Press I wish this had a link to the source. There is so much false information going round that I don’t want to boost. I really want this to be true but hard to know if it’s misinformation or not.

For a standing event, you might estimate about 0.5 m² per person. So it would take approximately 1,000,000 square meters to accommodate 2,000,000 people standing.
Now you only need to know where it was, and you can calculate the area size.
